A tradition as old as time itself. And one that I very much love keeping alive.

It was started by old JC himself. Whilst the similarities between us extend no further than a beard and a penchant for sandals, he was on to something here.

There are few things I enjoy more than sitting down to a meal with good friends. Whether it be a meal prepared in my home, their home, or at a restaurant. All that matters is in that room.

I love catching up with my mates over a combo at Bill & Toni’s. The mere thought of a cheese schnitzel and spag bol combo is enough to send me into a frenzy.

Bill & Toni’s is one of the last bastions of food. You order your combo and with it comes a basket of bread (for breaking), a jug of orange cordial and an iceberg lettuce with weak dressing. The charm is in its simplicity.

The problems of the world are discussed. Business ideas are born and die and most importantly, lifelong friendships continue to strengthen.

It’s no secret that I believe friendships are what make life special. And it is little traditions like the combo with friends and family that bring me the greatest pleasures.
